News from Melbourne

It is me again....running a few days behind with the blog update.
Who would have thought that domesticity could be so time consuming.
It is Comm Games fever here in Melb and we have certainly turned on the beautiful weather!
The city is buzzing and the marathon even came down as far as our suburb over the weekend.
Needless to say neither of us got off our butts to go and have a look.
Last minute bits and pieces around the house taking precedence. The bags are all packed and we are ready as well ever be for this baby to arrive soon.
The dogs had a visit from their therapist yesterday, we are trying to be as proactive as possible with their transition from practice babies to dogs!! It is always a little hard to keep a straight face when this 'therapist' (no kidding that is what her business card says!!) talks.
Not much else to report on the Pacitti downunder front other than we are now into the big count down to parenthood.

Hey there!
Another week down. This weekend we went to Dereel with Mum and Dad. Had a great time it was about 32 each day and made a nice change to be hot up there instead of cold.
Lots of sitting around and relaxing done by all (except the twins of course!)
Mark bought his 1st horseriding helmet and next week is geared up to get his boots and chaps!
I survived my 1st week off work quite well and already have a list of lunches and shopping dates lined up this week with other friends that aren't at work. I think I could get used to this!
I haven't done any of the things around the house that I have planned yet.....waiting till mum starts holidays next week and then I am sure she will whip me into gear.
Well off for a pedicure now.....(probably the last for a very long time!).

PS. Claire & Neil, the latest pics of Freya are adorable.....we miss her so very much and can't wait to see you in Aug/Sep. Looks like lots of snow over the weekend........it's hard to imagine as I have only ever seen your garden green!

It's me again!

Officially on my 1st week of maternity leave.
So far so good although it feels very weird not being at work.
I am rather amazed at how quickly the last 3 days have gone by already.
Here are some recent pics from the last week.
The bath tub filled with goodies was a present from all the team at APR Design and the flowers were from a client of mine.
Must dash as Queenie Belle is barking up a storm and driving the neighbours crazy!
